Sildalist 120mg – Sildenafil + Tadalafil 2-in-1 Tablets

Introduction

Sildenafil is a prescription drug. It is available as tablets and as a suspension (liquid). Both must be taken by mouth. There is also an intravenous (IV) form, which can only be given by a doctor.

Oral sildenafil tablets are sold under the brand names Viagra and Revatio. It is also available as a generic drug. Generic drugs are usually cheaper than brand-name drugs. In some cases, it is not available in any dose or form as a brand-name drug.

Reasons for use

·         Oral sildenafil is used to treat ED and PAH. The generic oral product can be used for both conditions, but the branded product can only be used for one condition.

·         Viagra: is used to treat ED; ED - inability to get or maintain an erection.

·         Revazio: is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). This drug is used to treat PAH: in PAH, the blood pressure in the lungs is very high. The heart has to work hard to pump blood to the lungs.

Mechanism of action

·         Sildenafil belongs to a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is a group of drugs that work in the same way. These drugs are often used to treat similar conditions.

·         Sildenafil has different effects depending on the condition for which it is used.

·         ED: sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis. This helps to get or keep an erection. Sildenafil only works for ED when you are sexually aroused.

·         PAH: sildenafil relaxes muscles and opens blood vessels in the lungs. It lowers blood pressure in the lungs. Sildenafil slows the progression of the disease. It also reduces physical inactivity.

·         To treat erectile dysfunction (ED), this drug is taken as prescribed by your doctor, usually as needed. Sildenafil should be taken at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before sexual intercourse (1 hour before is most effective). Do not take more than once a day.

·         Fatty foods may delay the rapid action of the drug.

·         Dosage depends on your medical condition, your response to treatment and the other medicines you are taking. Always tell your doctor and pharmacist about all medicines you are taking (including prescription, over-the-counter and herbal medicines).

Who should not take Sildalist Strong?                                    

People who are sensitive to the drugs in this product should not take it. People with medical conditions such as clogged arteries, uncontrolled high blood pressure or vascular problems should avoid taking this product. Do not take nitroglycerin and other medicines at the same time.

Precautions for people with certain medical conditions

Heart patients: this medicine may lower blood pressure. If you have had heart problems in the past six months, ask your doctor if this medicine is safe for you. These problems include a heart attack, stroke or life-threatening arrhythmias. Also tell your doctor if you have low or high blood pressure at rest and if you have ever had heart failure or coronary artery disease.

If you have pulmonary artery disease (PVD): taking this medicine may worsen the function of your heart. This medicine may damage your heart.

People with eye problems: this medicine may cause sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes. This may be a symptom of non-arterial anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). If you already have NAION or if the optic nerve papillae are compressed, taking this medicine may increase your risk of NAION and worse vision.

Side effects of sildenafil

·         The risk of side effects of sildenafil increases when it is used together with certain medicines. This is because they increase the amount of sildenafil in the body. These include drugs such as sildenafil, which increase the amount of sildenafil in the body.

·         HIV drugs such as ritonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and atazanavir.
