Cialis 20mg tadalafil citrate, 4tabs
Introduction
Cialis is an oral tablet. It is available in four concentrations: 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg. Depending on the circumstances and conditions being treated with Cialis, the medicine should be taken either before intercourse or once a day.
Cialis contains the active substance tadalafil, which belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Cialis relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to enter the penis. Cialis relaxes the bladder muscles so you can urinate more easily.
Warnings and precautions
Cialis should not be used if the patient is unfit for sexual intercourse due to cardiovascular disease.
Hypotension may occur when CIALIS is used in combination with alpha-blockers, antihypertensive drugs, or large amounts of alcohol (≥ 5 units). CIALIS is not recommended in combination with alpha-blockers for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia because the efficacy of this combination has not been adequately investigated and because of the risk of hypotension. Caution should be exercised when CIALIS is used for the treatment of ED in men taking alpha-blockers
Patients should contact emergency services if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours. CIALIS should be used with caution in patients prone to penile erections
If the patient suddenly loses vision in one or both eyes, this may be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION), and CIALIS should be discontinued and medical advice sought. CIALIS should be used with caution in patients with a history of NAION and only if the expected benefits outweigh the risks. Patients with optic disc congestion are also at increased risk of NAION.

How to take Cialis
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of prescription medicines such as Cialis to treat certain conditions. Cialis can also be used to treat other conditions that do not require a prescription. Off-label use occurs when a medicine approved for one condition is also used for another condition.
Efficacy
Cialis has been shown in clinical trials to be effective in treating symptoms of prostate enlargement.
Researchers used the International Prostate Symptom Scale (IPSS), a questionnaire that measures the improvement in patients' prostate symptoms. Symptoms included urgency (a sudden need to urinate), poor urine flow and urgency to urinate.
A higher score means that the symptoms of prostate enlargement are more severe. The aim is for a lower score, which means that people experience fewer and less severe prostate symptoms.
SIALIS should not be used if
you are allergic to tadalafil or to any of the other ingredients in the medicine (see section 6).
Any organic nitrate or nitric oxide donor such as amyl nitrite. This is a group of medicines ('nitrates') used to treat angina (chest pain). Cialis appears to enhance the effects of these medicines. Tell your doctor if you are taking nitrates or if you are not sure about this.

You have had a stroke in the last 6 months.
